Rumble by R.I.P.P.E.D. is an authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed martial arts adapted for the group exercise environment. You will use a weapon; The RUMBLE Stick- which creates a higher degree of training and is an extension of your body, which enhances spatial awareness and overall movement.
R.I.P.P.E.D. : The one stop body shock class where you have Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Dieting. A 50- minute class that lives up to its actonym, focusing on a different muscle group every 6 to 9 minute, allowing every muscle to get a quick but effective workout.
AMPED : Cardio workout that focuses on strength and resistance movements , interspersed with bursts of cardio to build muscle while keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone. Variety of equipment and techniques will be used to become stronger, increase endurance and improves speed and agility
BODYPUMP: BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit- fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout and helps you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Yoga: Youg itegrates body, mind and meditative awareness using poses and breathing techniques. The practice of Yoga can enhance all other exercise modalties along with your day to day activities and relaxation pursuits.
MIXXEDFIT: It’s a people inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning with repetitive moves, so it’s easy to follow but in the meantime, I promise you; you will have a great workout.
RPM: Tune out the rest of the world with “cardio yoga”, aka RPM! Consistency is the key-always 8 songs, always 45-50 minutes, always a mix of hills, jumps, mountains and sprints, all done on an indoor bike to the worlds best mix of music! Our focus is to ride ont the beat with ever changing leveles of resistance, but it’s YOUR workout- you do you!
STRONG: is a high intensity interval workout comprised of a warm-up, four “quadrants” and a cool down. The music drives the bodyweight movements and helps you burn calories and push yourself to improve your level of fitness. Each quadrant’s moves can be modified or progressed based on the participant’s fitness level, so it’s a great class for everyone!
Train Insane: is a boot camp style class with a different format each session, ranging from partner workouts to fitness games to circuit training to Insanity-style format. If people want to mix up their workout and challenge themselves, this is the class to come to!
Is an exercise fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during 1990. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.
