Our group fitness classes range between a number of HIIT, Strength, Cycle, Yoga and Pilates classes.
Our Instructors use a variety of weights, bands and other exercise equipment to ensure you get the work out you deserve.
Yoga: Yoga integrates body, mind and meditative awareness using poses and breathing techniques. The practice of Yoga can enhance all other exercise modalities along with your day to day activities and relaxation pursuits.
MIXXEDFIT: It’s a people inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning with repetitive moves, so it’s easy to follow but in the meantime, I promise you; you will have a great workout.
Is an exercise fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during 1990. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.
